Borrowers need more options, transparency, and ways to get a mortgage. That’s where Simone Castello MLO comes in.

It depends on your income, debts, and available cash for down payment and closing costs.

When shopping for a mortgage, the first lender inquiry may lower your score, but multiple inquiries within a short time won’t. Lenders will require an explanation for multiple inquiries to ensure you didn’t take out multiple mortgages.

To prove your income, you’ll need:

  • Social Security and pension statements (if retired)
  • W2s for the last 2 years and 30 days’ pay stubs (if employed)
  • Last 2 years of business tax returns and a profit and loss statement (if self-employed)
  • Last 60 days of bank statements for all accounts (checking, savings, retirement, etc.)
  • You’ll also need a copy of your driver’s license/state ID and your Social Security card.

The daily rate is subject to change and depends on the current market at the time of inquiry if not locked.
